I walked in needing a quick oil change and that’s exactly what I got! Customer service was professional, informative, and personal. Snickers, the shop dog, was also very friendly and took his job greeting folks quite seriously. The price of the oil change was reasonable and just what I expected it to be, and I really appreciated that the technicians didn’t pressure me into getting any other work done. I had plans after and I ended up being early thanks to their efficient work. I’ll definitely be here again for more services in the future. :)

I have been more than satisfied every time I’ve had my car serviced at VIP They get me in as scheduled and try to get any of the work done as quickly as possible. The staff are all very polite and courteous, and they don’t try to encourage you to do things that aren’t necessary like some places do. You’ll have to try it for yourself to see, but I don’t think you’d be disappointed

They’ve been amazing! Knowledgeable. Helpful. Time efficient with scheduling and appointments. All without the dealership prices or BS.. it’s been the first time in a VERY long time, that I felt I didn’t have to b on guard and wonder if I was being sold nonsense or that I had to do my own research to make sure what they were telling me was actually true, just to shake money out of me for things that aren’t really in need of repair. It felt honest. And that goes a long way.. They have a new customer for sure w me!! Thank u!

Excellent fast service and friendly staff at VIP Tire.! I had contacted 5 other local tire shops to mount and balance 2 brand new low profile tires on rims already removed from.the vehicle. I was told by the other shops either couldn't do it if I hadn't bought them there or to slim of a profile..... VIP Tire took me right in without an appointment received a text my tires were all set before I could run the rest of my errands for the day.

Drove over a piece of metal and could hear the air hissing out. I called VIP and they were able to squeeze me in super quick and became a huge lifesaver and patched up my tire. Super friendly staff and I would definitely recommend!
